I want to leave daft things in it, like a packet of Fruit Pastelles from Brother and 3 packets of Whiskers Oh So Fishy for my cat.
I want to make people laugh from beyond the grave.

Now is as good a time as any
You needn’t do so, I think a person of a lively spirit is hard to forget. I’ve had some decent friends from youth. Some have passed on and I still crack up and some of the things we did.
I think the earliest age is depending on what is considered an adult in your state/country.. either 18 or 19..
I did my first at 25.. but i like the idea of having funny things in the will. Make them laugh instead of cry.. hmmm.. might have to change mine
The earlier the better, but only when you know what you REALLY want to leave people/animals (assuming you have things worth leaving).
Remember too, that a will is not valid and enforceable until it has been witnessed.
Well, given that there is the possibility you may die at a young age, I’d say there is no time like the present!
This is a bit abstract. In all due sincerity, I would encourage you to at least write a will as soon as you own something of high value.
A will is a bequeathing of belongings, so if you want to leave a packet of “fruit pastelles,” you should buy it first fo sho.
I rent, so the only thing I own is a 1991 car, but I’ll mention that in my will.
It’s never to early to make a will. You can change it anytime you want too. As long as your old enough what a will is, then have one made or make it yourself, and keep it in a safe deposit box.
Laughing beyound the grave is great!!! As long as you can make them laugh, try and stick around a bit longer to keep them laughing!! We all need a good laugh now and then!
i wrote mine when i hit 30…i had kids so everything that i have now and here on in is theirs…they need something to fall back on when i go on my travels to the other side..so i have made sure they are financially and materially secure….i still have to change it because i have a 3 yr old grandson now and one on the way..so they too have to be included
YOU CAN WRITE YOUR WILL WHENEVER YOU WANT TOO. AND YOU CAN PUT ANYTHING IN IT THAT YOU CHOOSE. IT’S FUN TO MAKE PEOPLE LAUGH. THEY’LL SAY, THAT’S YOU, ALWAYS READY FOR A GOOD LAUGH. GO DO IT NOW.
god wth u then
u can rwrite it anytime
but dnt rush ur self
good luck
If all you are going to do is joke, then you can make one any time.
However, for a will to be taken seriously, you have to be 18 and of a sound mind when writing it. It also has to be properly witnessed by at least 2 people who aren’t relatives or mentioned in the will, plus you have to have the signatures notorized by a notary public or a lawyer. Everyone should have one regardless whether the estate is large or small and especially if you have children since some states require that the children be provided for in one if their parents do die before they are adults.
It is very important to have one if you have money or property you want to be given to a specific person or organization. In addition to property and money issues, a will is used to make note of things you would like done as a memorial or leave a thank you to those you love for the things they have done for you. A will is used to make sure a certain person you trust, usually a close relative, is the executor of the estate who will make sure everyone named in the will gets what they are supposed to have. If you die without a will, the state will take all of the estate and only dole it out to your heirs if the state deems them worthy of getting something, if anything at all.
Since the number one cause of death for people between the ages of 18 and 30 in the U.S. is car wrecks, I suggest that everyone reading this make out your will as soon as possible even if you think you have nothing of value that would be left behind. After making it a legal document, leave it in a safe place where your loved ones can find it if something happens to you. They will appreciate it later after your funeral.
Hi,
Maybe now is a good time for you but remember to update your will annually.xx
As soon as you feel you want to.
Ha ha your funeral should be a laugh,
I have had a will since i was 26 years old when i bought my first house.
I belive once you own your own home you should have a will drawn up because you then have something to leave people, especially children.
I have left everything to my nephews as i dont have kids.
As soon as you like or want to. depending on where you are from can recommend great Will company in UK.
